Academic Buildings

Cape Fear Community College, Castle Hayne, North Carolina

Clark Nexsen Construction Services provided Owner’s Architect Representation for this $30.8 million, 98,000 SF project. The Advanced and Emerging Technologies Building (A+ET) houses programs for Sustainability Technologies, General Sciences, Veterinary Medical Technology and HVAC.

The Heavy Equipment and Transportation Technology (HEATT) Building expanded its current program with a new modern facility that also serves as the new headquarters for the College’s North Campus Maintenance Department. Planned as the first of two phases, the building is situated on the site to accommodate future expansion for the Automotive Systems Technology and Auto Body Repair programs, currently located on the Main Campus.
